6.28.07 - Too Many Updates

band news: there has been so much going on with MAH recently, new media surfacing, and i'm doing a bad job of keeping on top of it all, so here's a quick list for you.

  • Warped Tour is officially underway. MAH is on the whole tour, along with many other amazing bands, so definitely go see them if you can.

  • MAH has posted new banners for the album on their myspace that say "in stores now" instead out "out June 26."

  • watch the music video for The Shake if you haven't already.

  • Synthesis.net has posted some MAH videos on YouTube: and Interview and live performances of Hit Me With Your Best Shot and Boys! Grab Your Guns recorded at The Boardwalk.

  • Lawrence has posted 4 live videos of Jesse's solo performance at the CD release show on his youtube. you can download 2 of the mp3s here.

  • Kim (vocals) & Lawrence (guitar) have recorded an acoustic cover of The Shake. listen here.

  • reviews of the album have been posted on Absolute Punk, Decoy Music, and PastePunk. discuss them here.

  • Jeremy's new band is now called The Betrayed Explosive. They are still looking for a singer, but you can download 3 intrumental demos on their myspace. they will be going to Boston on September 18th to record an EP with Casey Crescenzo of The Deer Hunter & The Receiving End Of Sirens.

    • 6.26.07 - DJ Rossstar Video

    band news: check out a video of MAH on DJ Rossstar. there is a lot of random crap from DJ Rossstar's birthday, but you also get to see MAH play most of Fantasy.

    6.26.07 - Today is the Day

    band news: Hiding Inside The Horrible Weather is in stores now! go buy it! if you don't get a chance to buy it right away, the album is streaming for a limited time on MAH's purevolume.

    6.25.07 - The Shake Music Video

    band news: the new music video for The Shake (Awful Feeling) has been released. you can watch it here. there are also 2 alternate cuts of the video. to download all 3, click here and right-click and save the .mov files.

    6.23.07 - Look What I Got :)

    6.22.07 - Barbecue Invites

    band news: i got my invitation to the BBQ in my email today (i preordered from AP.net). as much as i would love to go, i'm not going to fly there from New Hampshire. Here's the invite i got:

    6.16.07 - Jesse's Got A Studio Recording!

    new media: Jesse has posted his first actual studio song, it's a finished version of Weak. you can listen to it here or download it. i'm really impressed, it's totally different then the demo.

    6.16.07 - New Video Update...WTF?

    band news: so the band released a new video update, and i have to say that i am quite confused. first of all, they were supposed to announce the winners of the myspace contest on their next video update, and that didn't happen. but this presale stuff is confusing as well, at first you could get into the barbeqe by preordering through absolutepunk, but now you can through smartpunk. considering the previous drama i wonder if there was some sort of falling out with ap.net. anyways, cute sunglasses :)

    6.8.07 - Acoustic Show Tonight

    band news: MAH is going to be playing an acoustic show in San Diego tonight. here are the details:

    Hey all. We're playing a special acoustic set at OCEAN JAVA coffee house in san diego. This is the grand opening of Jesse's mom's shop and we wanted to do a special performance for it. We'll be playing between 5-6pm. We're going to play a bunch of new songs so come hang out with us! It'll be fun.

    ++ We'll be giving away a bunch of free posters / stickers and merch will be on sale too.

    6.5.07 - Halifax Added to CD Release Show

    band news: Halifax is going to be playing at MAH's CD release show at Soma on June 26th. it's pretty sweet that Halifax are the openers since MAH has opened for them before. but this is MAH's big night. be sure to buy your tickets!
