12.30.06 - Media Updates

new media: i've added videos of Guns and Don't Sleep from Acoustic Night to the video section, and mp3's taken from the videos to the audio section. i've also added a live recording of Guns from Bamboozle to the audio section. i'm working on getting Jesse's latest song up.

12.29.06 - DJ Rossstar Mp3's

new media: download the edited files from the DJ Rossstar show (ie. just the MAH parts) here. there are 10 mp3s in a zip file, totalling 38 minutes in length.

site news: thank you to everyone who has been pointing out problems with the site. i re-uploaded all of the songs & videos that had expired. i will be posting soon audio & video of 2 songs from Acoustic Night, and a live recording of Guns from Bamboozle. as for the question about a media player, i hadn't planned on putting one but i can if people want it. i'll add that to the bottom of my things to do list.

12.29.06 - Jesse Can't Swim, and Larry is Half Gay

band news: the DJ Rossstar interview was so good. they answered some of my questions, and they played a brand new acoustic song, which they apparently wrote the day before. i did record all of it, but i have to convert it and edit it (it's in about 8 pieces). it will be posted today or tommorow.

i've also added 3 more fans to the fanlisting and one submission over in the fans section.

12.26.06 - Merry Christmas from MAH

band news: the band has sent out a holiday message:

first and foremost we want to apologize from the bottom of our hearts for dropping off the face of the earth for awhile. we all decided to take the month of december off and enjoy the holiday's with our family and friends. dustin is in pittsburgh, matt is in maryland while the rest of us are in san diego.
we just want to take this time and wish all of you a merry christmas and a happy new year. don't party too hard. stay safe! we have alot of exciting news that we will be announcing very shortly. keep checking back for updates. we love you!

so it seems like Matt is a permanent member, and they have a new photo of the band with him.

12.18.06 - Signed Guitar For Sale

band news: MAH is selling a signed guitar. this would be pretty sweet for someone who plays guitar, b/c i could not justify spending loads of money on a giant decoration. here's the message from the band:

12.5.06 - Fanlisting Coming Soon

site news: i got approval from thefanlistings.org to set up a fanlisting for My American Heart. they only approve one fanlisting per subject, so that's pretty cool. it should be up in the next few days. a fanlisting is basically just a directory of fans. i'll have more info once it's done :)

12.2.06 - Tour Finale

tour news: MAH is ending their tour tonight with a hometown show at SOMA. congrats to them for he completion of their first real headlining tour! i hope everything went well, and i hope they'll do it again soon. maybe on the east coast this time ;)
i assume they'll spend their break working more on the new album.
